The company allows its customers to meet their requirements for all types of printed circuits while respecting production costs and reaching a high level of performance in their factories

AIRTECH has been developing and expanding its range of products for the printed circuit industry for thirty years, from mold release and conforming films to vacuum bags and pressing cushions. Today, several hundred companies around the world use AIRTECH products.

AIRTECH has chosen SOFITRAL ELECTRONICS to represent them throughout Europe to answer customers' specific needs.

Release and conforming films are cut on demand in a clean room.

Press felt pads for multilayer circuits

Ordinary pads are crushed and pressed, and as their thickness decreases, the mechanical characteristics change dramatically.

Our reusable cushions are a complex of fabrics and needled felts resistant to high temperatures, flexible and resistant to pressure. The physical characteristics remain constant while the intermediate layers of fabric compensate for the non-uniformity of the pressures.

AION Sponge rollers

AION is a Japanese company that manufactures sponges synthetics composed mainly of Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) and Polyurethane (PU), which unlike other types of sponges, gives them excellent mechanical and physical properties as well as a structure similar to natural sea sponges.

Thus, AION has successfully developed its manufacturing methods for synthetic PVA and PU sponges. The first development of its kind in the world, it allowed the company to expand its business. The particular methods of production of AION's PVA and PU sponges were then able to be exported to more than 50 countries in less than 40 years and the Japanese manufacturer granted exclusive distribution rights to Sofitral Electronics in Europe.
